All Dressed Up

and still being such a grump to other dogs. Sometimes it is really funny, or even cool when the other dog looks mean and/or aggressive. Most of the time it is just really embarrassing. Birdie lunges for some sad street dog that looked at her the wrong way. This dog did not fight back so it ended quietly -- with Birdie prancing away in her polka doted ribbon (thank you Debbie Peace BTW).
